Hey everyone! I found these beauties at my local World Market store (funny enough, it’s called World Market) today while I was looking for tea. My sister and I saw that they were on sale, and since we’re both on WW, I thought, “Damn, I do miss Ramen!” (because 1 Package of Ramen is 10 pts!)

My sister calculated it for me, and both of these bowls ended up being 5 pts each! I was so eccetatic because they were on a sale and they were a reasonable WW Pt range!

The first one’s from a company called Snapdragon Pan-Asian Cuisine. It didn’t taste quite like Ramen, because they use rice noodles. I ate it for lunch, and I’ve got to say, it was really delicious!

The second one’s from Asian Passage. I’ve yet to have try it, but I’m willing to bet it’s just as tasty!

fitisthenewbeautiful:

I’ve posted this as a question before, but this is one of the major things we need in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Between school, sports, jobs, assignments and trying to have a social life, the first thing we sacrifice is SLEEP. The truth is, our bodies need sleep like a fish needs water.
Sleep helps consolidate your memories so that you have a bank of information and experience when you need it. So, no matter how hard you study, how much you try retain all that information, you still need to sleep to let your brain process all that information you’ve gathered.
Sleep also helps maintain your metabolism, essential for weightloss. Have you noticed that when you don’t get enough sleep, you tend to crave carbs and sugar more? If you’re trying to loose weight, healthy sleep is ESENTIAL to helping curb those sugar cravings, preventing you from loosing that weight.
If that isn’t enough, during sleep, skin makes new cells twice as fast as when youre awake, repairing the environmental damage and healing acne blemishes.

8 points, omelet with fruit
Simple & Fit Veggie Omelet at IHOP! Totally delicious with the grilled veggies (and my favorite hot sauce). IHOP has their nutrition online thankfully and their “Simple & Fit” options help provide lower point meals for those breakfast lovers out there.

Chicken-Cheese Maccaroni
Hey guys! Sorry I (Jessica) haven’t been posting any new recipes lately… I had fallen into a slump, and kept eating the same things. But tonight, I was REALLY craving some mac n’ cheese! Since Ari had told me that for a 1 cup of regular Kraft box Mac n’ Cheese was 6 points, I tried to make some of my own. Whenever I go to cook something, I usually just throw stuff together and if it’s good, then I tell you guys about it :D
WeightWatchers PlusPoints: 6 points per serving (makes 2) - the whole recipe: 12 Points
Ok! For this recipe, I literally threw stuff into this bowl, because I was lacking a lot of regular ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup of Whole-wheat egg noodles (My noodles [My noodles: Kroger Whole-wheat egg noodles] where 5 points per serving, which happens to be 1 1/4 cups. HOWEVER, if you have a lower-point pasta, then use that instead! It will probably lower the PlusPoints for this recipe as well)
1/2 cup of skim Mozzarella shredded cheese (4 pts for me)
2 wedges of Mozzarella Laughing Cow Cheese (2 pts)
1 TBSP of Skim Milk
2 oz of 94% Chicken Breast (from the can, as to make chicken salad) (1 Pt)
See? I only had the 1/2 cup of mozzarella, so I had to add the wedges in. It lowers the PP because you added in the Laughing Cow cheese.
Start boiling a pot of water. Once it starts bubbling, add the pasta. Cook for about 7 minutes, or until it’s fully cooked.
While it’s cooking, in a bowl, add the mozzarella, wedges, and milk into it. You can mix it up a little, but not too much.
Once the pasta is done, drain the water, then IMMEDIATELY add the noodles to the cheese concoction (see what I did there?) - the heat from the noodles will melt the cheese for you.
Then, once the cheese it melted, add the chicken, and stir.
Presto! You have yourself more mac ‘n cheese then a lousy ol’ Kraft box would give you, plus chicken! If you don’t want to have chicken (like if you’re a veggie-tarian like Ari), then you don’t have to! It’ll also lower your PP down 1 pt if you don’t have it/add it in.
PS - I changed it from 1 servings to 2, because once I downed the whole, I realized I should of saved half of it for anything day - it was way too much to eat at one time!
